Brendan Saux

Brendan Saux was born in Ostend, Belgium, in 1997. He obtained the Msc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Ghent University, Belgium, in 2020, with a major in electronic circuits and systems. His thesis was titled ‘Efficient Sigma-Delta modulators for ultra deep submicron CMOS’. After graduation, Brendan joined the CAS research group (Dept. ELIS, Ghent University) as a PhD researcher. His primary technical interest lies in analog circuit design, with a particular focus on VCO-based analog-to-digital converters. His work "Origin of Frequency-Dependent Distortion and Calibration for Ring Oscillator VCO ADCs" was recently featured by IEEE TCAS-II as article of the month.
